Backoffice Specialist (M/F)

RMC Surfaces S.A. is hiring!

We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.

Main tasks:

Updating orders;
Invoicing orders and sending documentation to customers;
Managing the logistics involved in dispatching goods;
Updating reports and maps associated with orders.

Profile:

Previous experience in the role (pref.);
Good time management and prioritisation skills;
Good communication skills;
Knowledge of English (mandatory);
Knowledge of French (pref.).
