We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects, including stores, villas, hotels, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to align goals and expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing construction projects in retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
