The role is significant requiring high commitment to support the expansion of business operations in Portugal and extend support for other businesses we have initiated in EU and West Africa.
The administrative assistant will partner with the management for the set-up of business operations, managing all business paperwork. S/he must be strong in coordinating with government offices and other private establishments.
The individual must look at adding systems that are strong, reliable, flexible to meet the current and future business needs. They will co-ordinate with vendors, consultants, and others, for pricing, quotations, etc to progress business.
