Responsibilities:

Plan and organize production to align with company strategy and quality standards.
Ensure the availability of necessary materials to fulfill production orders while controlling costs.
Monitor and oversee equipment maintenance to guarantee proper execution.
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance managers to align production with sales volume, deadlines, and company objectives.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for process control.
High sense of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
