We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and

optimization of financial services products, ensuring they deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in credit management, loans, and insurances.

You will be responsible for:

Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Create, prioritize, and manage a detailed product backlog
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)
Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor product performance, user adoption, and market feedback

If you have:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the financial services domain
Strong understanding of financial products such as credit management, loans, and insurance
Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements
Experience in digital transformation or fintech environments
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services
Background in user experience (UX) or customer journey mapping
CSPO certification
